I ordered some plugs and 1 piece handlebar clamp from there on 2/24. Last Tuesday I called to cancel the clamp and they told me that they were waiting for it and it would have been a while anyway. I still haven't received the plugs and I wasn't credited for my cancelled part.

I won't order from them again. There are tons of places that ship faster. For smaller purchases the discount isn't that big of a deal. I'll just run to my local dealership and pick the part up and install it the same day.

Maybe I'm just spoiled with Amazon or other online services because anything over a week is too long for me to receive something. CH should at least show if the part is in stock or have a disclaimer that your stuff won't show up until riding season is over.

Great place, always gives 20% off and always takes 30 days to get anything you order.

hang on for a second, Great place? No where near great.. this is one of my home dealerships, and I will tell you that their parts guys are HORRIBLE! I have gotten several parts from there that have had others peoples names on the box, I asked about it, and the parts guy tells me oh we took care of you... so I have to assume that means that they gave me someone elses parts.. I will never buy stuff from them, I will give my money to Zanotti everyday of the week before I give it to Chicago, not to mention I also asked for a t-shirt after ordering a couple of hundred worth of parts, and it was NEVER a issue, nice t-shirt send out with my order for 0! Zanotti all the way!!!

I am currently waiting for an order from them. I ordered it on 2-20, after 16 days you would think the order status would have changed, not a chance. After trying to contact them on several occasions I came up empty. I don't know why I ordered from them ( other than the 20% discount ). I had bad luck with them in the past. They might have a great price but their delivery and their service SUCKS! JMHO

My experience wasn't too good. I ordered a folding shift lever and new shifter pegs. They didn't have the parts in stock and it took 3 weeks and a few phone calls before they finally shipped. To their credit, they shipped 2 day air at no additional cost to make up for the delay.

Next time I'll try NewRoc harley. They advertise 20% off too but don't have web ordering. Phone works fine and then I can ask if they have the parts in inventory.

I go back and forth with them and Lakeshore.

I lean to Lake shore cause of their order entry system. And Lake shore emails you at every stage of the game
