I love em. I am buying a set this week. They seem to give me alot more visability. I currently have standard chrome mirrors on my ultra.. and all I see are my shoulders.
Honestly, $3 at Autozone gets you a set of mini round stick on spots about the same size as the wide angle spots on these mirrors. You could try those and see if you like them before spending the bucks on these mirrors.
Every time I've tried them, they are just too dang small to see anything in.
I am not a huge fan of the wide angle "Spots". Really I only use my rear view mirrors for keeping tabs of the traffic behind me. When it comes to lane changes, I will only trust looking over my shoulder. Not a wide angle mirror.... In light traffic, I just notice when someone is coming up behind me, and if they "Linger" in my blind spot, I keep that in mind.
Just the way I have learned to ride.
