Has anyone had both? If so, what are your comments? I currently have the Titan XLs and they are not the best when turned up loud with my sony cd player. I want something that can handle the volume.
I was told the Titans could handle anything i threw at it. I bit the sale and at the end of the day, i was not impressed. Other than the bigger is better theory, any body have any real advice.
I have kicker 6.5' speakers with my sony player...they sound great, so maybe it's just the speakers.
I can admit, it does sound good at low to mid volume, at low speeds. But when my rineharts are hollering at 90mph I can only hear the music because i know the songs. I have to turn the volume up and to music quality is sacrificed. I got the titan xl from biketronics, I dont know if I should venture out into real speakers or continue to go with these bike speakers. I know good speakers and top of the line 6.5s goes for $225 +. its like do i trust another Motorcycle grade speaker, or do i go with what i know is a good speaker? Whats the difference any way?
