Default Happened so fast
Went down today in Springfield, ohio. Cager in front of me didn't see car in front of her stop for a trash can on side of the road.She hit him then hit her brakes. I locked up the brakes and went to the right .Highway peg caught left corner and made a light scrape. I fell over scraping the windshieldwhen it went down. The cop gave her a ticket and said Ididn"t get one. The womans husband got there and raised hell with the cop for not giving me a ticket. I happens so fast .I heard the sound of the hit ,then brake lights. Be safe guys.

The woman's husband shows up on the scene not seeing anything that happened yet he's telling the cop who should get the tickets. F*** idiot. Glad you're ok.

people showing up after the fact and raising hell with the Police is a common practice! I see it all the time, and not sure if I'm supposed to believe them or even listen. I would love to know what the idiot wanted your ticket to say? That would really be worth reading....

Happy to hear your ok, it could of been a lot worse, thats for sure! Glad to hear your ok!

Couldn't agree more if I tried. First off, good to hear you're ok. I hope there's not too much damage to the bike. And that husband of hers? What a tool! What I'd love to know is, exactly what would you have been given a ticket for? I guess it depends on the state you live in. In some states, no matter what the reason, if one rear ends another it's your fault. But still, I mean really, what kind of idiot comes onto a scene and reacts like that? Hell, it appears you almost missed her and could have been far worse. Bottom line, no ticket, you're ok, not a bad outcome for an unfortunate incident.

What matters here is you are ok and the PO understood what had happened. Sounds like the husband wanted to get you on a technicality, i.e. you hit her from behind. I would guess the officer faults her thinking she was too close to the car in front and should have seen what was about to happen.

Hoefully the bike has minimal damage.
