Windvest 12''tinted or CeeBailey's 16'' euro tinted? I'm 6' and think these are the same height above the gauges just different angles. What a pain finding a windshield that looks cool and works a little. Phat performance has the best Windvest prices but don't know who has CeeBailey's.
I have the Klockwerks 16". Works as well as stock of the same size and provides much needed stability at higher speeds. With the stocker my bike was sqiurley @ higher speeds. with the Klockwerks it is totaly stable even @ triple digit speeds. makes passing those semi's and riding in general much more comfortabe, personaly I wouldn't trade this for any other windsheild.
I am 6'1 has anyone heard if the Klock werks 12" works good.
I have the 12" KW on an 09 which means the fairing is a bit lower than a 10/11. It is the best looking shield IMHO, but if you want a bubble of protection you won't have that. I look 4+" over the top of the 12" KW (5' 11" 32" inseam with) and I get lots of wind, but I love that...to a point. 60mph and under I am always happy. When I am on the Interstate doing 70mph+ there will be a ton a wind and wind noise that I find a problem. Every time I think it is time to switch I have a great backroad canyon carving trip and I say, but I love this KW for 90% of my riding time. Here in CA I am surrounded by canyon rides, delta rides etc. If I ever get the to the point of doing long straight flat trips I'll have to switch. I have my eye on the CB Euro since it has the looks, but comes back much more and is taller.
