As it stands now PM / RSD has offered a solution to the problem.
I have accepted their offer as I feel it is reasonable. It makes me think they're trying to resolve the problem.

Thank you so much for your kind words. You didn't have to mention us. I am just glad you were able to get this resolved. I doubt we had anything to do with PM/RSD's decision, but it is good to see them step up to the plate to handle the warpage issue.
