I just bought the same one , and no it's very difficult to see over ! I'm 5 ' 8" and if I'm not sitting up very straight it's hard too see . Almost confusing @ 75 mph ! Mine is a week old and if anyone wants to trade a 6.5 , I would be glad too trade ! Mine is a week old with maybe 5 mikes on it . Perfect condition ! 281 468-0819 Cell

I'm 5'11" & look right at the top of my 8.5" KW shield. Had the 6.5" & liked it, but needed the added clearance for my w/s pouch (t-bags 3-pouch). I don't have any problem w/the view.

Good to hear that. I'm 6' and ordered the 8.5 KW windshield. Read a bunch of reviews, measured and hope it works like they advertise.
The stock windshield makes my radio worthless after 55mph.

same height and shield on an Ultra Classic. I had the 10.5" also and the 8.5" is PERFECT for me.

I have an Ultra with a 8.5. I tried the 6.5 on a trip last summer and got hit with a lot of road debris. With the 8.5 I have not got hit once. I can look over the top very comfortably. I am 5' 10" and my bike is lowered.

6' w/32" inseam with the 8.5" Klockwerks. If your shorter than 5'9" it may be to tall to see over.? Mine hits me right at the bottom of the nose. Everyones built different, good luck! So far i'm happy with mine.
