I have a 2007 r/g the bike has never had a front wobble till this year . Over the winter i pulled the motor an did a 110 se upgraade . Reistalled motor a took it out for a ride . This is when the low speed wobble started . It only dose it when you are slowing down from 40 mph . High speed is fine , do you guy's think the motor is out of alignment .,,,need help ps i did not lossen any of the himes
Did you check tire psi...I 've had that happen before.
that is probably the correct fix. I've had people come in and say that they have a wobble when they pull their bikes out after winter. They do everything else but forget to check the tire air pressure. They have come in with as low as 6-7 psi. They were lucky to make it in I say. While you are at it check to make sure you haven't got any bad cupping due to under inflation. Hope that helps and Get Ridin'.
The bags have to weigh even. The tire alignment also can cause this. I have the same problem from time to time. Usually its an uneven weight in the bags, or the tire alignment. This being said after you checked the above mentioned stuff. Good Luck
