Default Harley Intercom System

When I picked up my 08 Ultra...dealer threw in 2 intercom headset systems. Does anybody out there know if there is a 2 piece cable system that will fit the harley headset. I dont have much of an issue with a single cord but its pretty aggravating for the passenger to plug in. Don't really want to spend $120+ ea. for 2 new sets of another brand like J&M just to get the 2 piece cord. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Not to extend or connect to the Harley Headset. You're stuck with one piece cord with the Harley headset.
I have bought the J&M headsets. The cord is a two-Piece cord. They can be updated to any new radio Harley comes out with when I get a new Harley too.

Yes this is a poor design by Harley for passengers to connect to the headset.
I finally got frustrated and did what ultra89rider did - went with J&M setup all the way. You can stretch the Harley cord at least a foot if you tie both ends to stationary objects in a stretched out position.
