squeaky back brakes

I changed my brakes at the end of last summer and I have noticed that my back brakes squeaks when I use them. Does anybody know what could possibly be the problem?

HD has a kit to use to stop the squeak. I don't know the part number but here is a thread from last week with the number somewhere, plus other possible solutions.

Me thinks you talking about the pads, not the assembly. Did you use OEM pads? If not that may be the problem. Other pads may cause less dust, but are noisey.

Had the same problem with new rotor and new Lyndall pads. I contacted them and here is there reply. "See our "service/tech" page on our web site at www.lyndallracingbrakes.com, you will need to remove the rear wheel to perform this service, but it is definitely worth the effort". Basicly it says that the caliper pistons are sticking and need a good cleaning. The page gives you instructions on how to clean them.
