Question about pipes

Just wondering if anyone has any info on the vance and hines big radius 2 pipes for an 09 street glide. I want to get them and want them loud. The problem is my old lady rides with me alot and I don't want to hear her bitchin cuz it's too loud for her. If anyone has them and there old lady rides is it a problem for her. Maybe if I can make them loud enough, I won't be able to hear her bitchin!!!

I had them on my softail, they are loud. I removed the baffles and they are even louder. The way they curve down the sound reflects down and not as bad as you might think for the passenger. My wife wore ear plugs, but then again she wears them all the time for the bikes around us.

Are you sure that's why she wears ear plugs and it's not just so she doen't have to listen to you?
