I've been having the same problem since yesterday afternoon. Downloaded Firefox and no problem. WTF?

Go to your Internet Options, find "browsing history" and delete temporary internet files & cookies. That may fix it.

Thanks, but that didn't/doesn't do it either. I've been wanting to switch to Firefox anyways as IE is GARBAGE, so now I had an excuse.

I'd still like to know why it is doing this though.

Ya this has nothing to do with your PC..its a IE problem...happening to me since yesterday afternoon..tried clearing files/cache..nothing works...just errors out each time. So much for IE..piece of junk

On my desktop system I run Win 7 (x64) with IE8. I just logged into HDF without any issues.

I am also logged in on my MacBook via Firefox v3.6.3, so there's no issue with either browser.
