Default Need seat help

I bought a seat from guy that said this seat would fit my bike. Well it does not. I have a 2006 Road King Custom. After I got home and tried to put the seat on my bike I realized the seat was different. Should have looked a little better at it. The seat is a 105th anniversary seat so I believe it will only fit 2008 and up bikes? My questions is how do I find out what bike it fits. Pretty sure it is a touring seat but I would like to sell it and need some info so I don't sell the wrong seat to someone. I bought it cheap enough and should be able to make a little money on it. Ok here are the pictures.
Thanks

2008 and later the seats mounts different then the earlier models. 2008 and later have a tab on the frame that goes into a hole in the seat to mount. the earlier models have a tab on the seat that goes into a hole in the frame to mount the seat. hope this helps - the guy if he is your friend should give you your money back and take the sea back.

I agree that it is off of a 2008+ model. From the looks of the front of the seat, I would say it is off a Road King. Look at the nose of the seat, this one is short which would fit up against the full console on a Road King. The E'Glides have a shorter gas tank console and take a noticeably longer nosed seat. Not that this can't be used on an E'Glide or Street Glide, it just would require a trim piece to extend the console.
