Default Performance Increase

Can you increase performance on a stock 103ci 2010 Limited for under $1000.00. I am talking performance not noise.

Sure, exhaust, cams tune. You can do all this for close to a thousand. Does the limited come with a hi flo AC? If not maybe not under a thou but not that much over for lots of extra performance.

of course you can. slip ons and an air cleaner will do wonders. it's also known as the "harley tax"

Sure, but you're better off spending a little more. My Stage 1 ran around $1400. Heat went down, mileage went up, power went up.

Rthomp, If you don't mind me asking, what is you stage 1? I would like some good results when making this investment as I'm getting ready to pull the trigger. I appreciate it!

Good set of slipons - $300
SE Air Filter - $130
Tuning system $300-$500
HQ 500 or 525 cams - $280

V-tune it yourself , do the work yourself, somewhere in the 12-$1400 range.

Smiles per mile - Priceless!

Am I correct in assuming that if you change the Air Filter and add slipons, you need to enrichen the AFR? If you don't plan big engine mods, why wouldn't a set Xied's work? I'm amazed that these aren't discussed on here more. To me it's an inexpensive way to richen your fuel mixture to a range suitable for good performance. I did the stage 1 se af and jackpot slipons. I bought a set of Xied's for 79.00 bucks and my bike runs great and get's an average of 41 mpg. anything wrong with that????

Fatcat exhaust with a concentric baffle, S/E Ventilator air cleaner, TTS MasterTune. I'm very pleased with the combination.
