Default Your 6th gear light go out?
...Does your 6th gear light ever fail to come on, or go off after running in 6th gear for a period of time??? Mine just started doing this this past weekend?? What the hell???

2008 FLHX with 20K miles and a lot of highway miles at higher speeds, So far so good, no issues with the green 6, although it is hard to see if sun hits it directly. Try shading dial with your hand, it might just be there after all.

No such luck. I watched it go out?

Check your clutch switch.

My 6th light stopped working and it was a dud clutch switch, this causes the ECM to turn out the light.

Brake switch will do the same thing.
