Just wondering but do these accent lights with the sticky backs
come loose from the engine heat?
Especially the ones that would go up underneath the gas tank.
Want to light up the engine but don't want it all falling off
after a few months.
And yes I know about the laws and which colors you shouldn't
run with... Just saying! Hah
I've had Lizard lights with 4 pods under the gas tank, one behind the horn bracket and one on the back side of the air breather for 3 years and their still solid as a rock.

At rallies we always joke that if someone passes out we're taking their bike to one of the booths where they install those lights.
To each their own I guess.
Useless information but you are correct:
TO EACH HIS OWN-
why did you even bother wasting your time?
Pled!
Thanks for a useful post and for staying on
the topic!
Ha! I just don't get it with these people who feel
we want to hear crap we don't care about.
I LIKE THE LIGHTS! OK Genious?
If you don't then why the hell even post?

Relax. I didn't make any personal attack, I didn't even say I think those lights look like yuppie homing beacons (which they do), I just made a joke and said "To each his own."
Hey I'm positive I have something on my bike that someone else thinks is stupid but I don't give it a second thought because I don't care what they like because it's my bike. So if you like 'em, then you rock 'em and be proud.
And as for you having to hear crap you don't care about, it's an open forum. Not everyone is going to agree with you. It's no big deal.
Hope to see you on the road some time. I'll buy you a beer.
Yups, it's an open forum, and one gots to put up with the bad as well. No comments have been made condemning your decision! I have thought about it as well, and will continue reading posts on this subject
I've put Boogey Lights on three bikes now with no problem. High quality two faced tape and they give you a promoter to wipe on first to had to the holding strength. Trust me, where you put these buggers, their staying there. Nice product also.
