I usually average around 40 on my 07 Street Glide, stage 1 & true duals. I just dropped it off yesterday for a 103 BB build, so I'm curious to see how it'll do when I "hopefully" get it back next weekend.

You'll be disappointed going back to stock.
Funny, had to replace a cracked "y" pipe so went back to stock when I did that. The bike runs better and is smoother than with the PCIII. But, I believe the map was way off because the inside of my exhaust valve area on the back jug and the inside of my broken "y" pipe was WHITE.Not sure if that was caused by the crack somehow, or maybe the map was to lean and it got too hot, cracked, who knows. The bike runs cooler now as well, which is a non-scientific call based on my thigh temperature sitting in traffic.

I'll check my mileage after a full tank with this setup through to see how it changed, if at all. At some point I need to fire up the PCIII and see what map is on it just out of curiosity. If I can get a decent map, I'll think about putting the PCIII back on, but for now, I am happier actually.

I am not going to worry about fuel mileage anymore just a good tune and ride it. Someone else will need gas too I am sure.

I have an 09 ultra classic electra glide with SE intake, stage 1 down load and rush slipons with 2" baffles and have never check the mileage. I ride till it needs gas, fill it up and ride some more. I guess if you were to be riding out west where there are no gas stations for hundreds of miles then gas mileage might be important..... but for now..... screw it.. lets ride!

Keeping an eye on your mileage is another way of telling when something has gone wrong.

I am also getting around 38 to 40 mpg, all I have done is replace the air filter with a K & N replacement, installed Vance and Hines basic slip ons and use the Fuelpak, the majority of my riding is done at 70 to 75 mph, if I take back roads and keep it around 50 to 60 it does get better but it's still far better than the 14 mpg the truck gets.
