Question socket plug compatibility

Drag Specialties pn# 2120-0058 Black 6-pin Socket plug
H-D pn# 74116-98 Socket Housing, Black 6-way

touring pak speaker plug

Are these interchangeable parts the H-D part has been on backorder for over a month now and they pushed it back until 5-21 now.

these parts are NOT the same. there are different sizes Both 6 pin but thats about it

The Drag part you referenced is supplied by NAMZ. To make sure you could contact NAMZ at 610-265-7100 and ask them if it is one in the same. In any event, the WI distribution center for Drag has several on hand so if it is the same you would receive it the very next day from ordering if you ordered it from a dealer.

Emailed NAMZ got back to me in 2 min they are not the same

Just posting to say the Drag part is actually the "housing" (the black connector, HD p/n 74116-98BK) AND the "socket lock" (HD p/n 74156-98. The socket lock is required to hold the wires in the housing/connector. HD uses two part nos.; Drag combines the two into a single p/n.
