I just took my bike in for the 1k service and they attempted to upgrade the radio for me. My system had no problems but now the disk is stuck in it^ After the power off and on tips that I read about here in the forums the dang thing still won't come out... The dealer said it looks like I have to wait on HD to send a new radio out now. Any suggestions?

Seems that HK is a real PIA/POS! Maybe swap to the 05 model....no issues with that one at all!

It cracks me up how HD has this POS radio advertised in their catalog for something like a $1000.00. Who in their right mind would pay that kind of money for such a PIECE OF JUNK.[:'(]
