Anybody having issues with the top of the left passenger footpeg touching the pipe? I noticed that when mine is folded up it touches just enough to leave a small mark (which I will be removing when cool ) If so is there a fix? I also noticed my stock brake pedal does not touch like I have read in similar threads. Thanks in advance. They sure are LOUD! Gotta love it. By the way they are no longer for sale as posted in the classified section.

I had received my T-Rex's today and to my disapointment...the da%# things were all scratched up like somebody had drug them through a gravel pit. So know I have to wait another week before I can put them on. Has any one had or heard of this problem before?
Has everyone removed the stock transmission mount and do you need the stock starter mount?
Has everyone had trouble with the rear break pedal hitting the pipe?
What it the Kuryakyn pedal part number? Is this it? (see photo) #9040 $169.99 Billet Style E-Z Brake Pedal (ea) Fits: All â87-â99 FLST Models and All â97-â06 FLT (Dressers and Road Kings)
It took me longer than it should have but I have a set of these on the way. The brown truck should arrive on Tuesday so I'll be installing them on Tuesday & Wednesday. I have a long ride on Saturday and want to have any issues worked out before that ride.
I left my stock tranny bracket installed. I also used the starter bracket.
According to the instructions (which I don't have yet) do you USE both brackets or do they serve no function? I have both of them off the bike right now but can get them back on before the pipes come.
