Sheesh. I salute ya. Great looking seat, just really hard on the back and nether regions, at least for me.
I have an 07, the 08 and later Brawler is much better, softer seat with a little more of a backrest kick.

I bought a Brawler for my SG project which isn't complete yet so the verdict is still out on how far I be able to tolerate riding with it on the bike. It feels pretty good just sitting on on in the garage though and it SURE looks good!
42 this year, had back surgery at 30 (blew 3 discs at once had one fixed) its all in the conditioning. I was riding 600-700 every Sunday, I havent riden more than a couple hundred at a time in the last year or so, I couldnt jump on and do 1000 today but by the middle of summer I could.

Didn't like the Badlander myself, had it for a year and sold it.

Does the Badlander seat help shorter people reach the ground easier (i.e., stand flat footed)?

I've had Badlander seats on my last 4 bikes.

Rode these bikes everywhere (Daytona, Sturgis etc). It works for me, but I have heard some people complain about them being uncomfortable.

Love mine too. No good for the OL though. Sometimes I get a sharp pain in my lower back but around that time I gotta stop for fuel anyway.
