Does all Harley dealers make you take a store credit and no money refund
I purchased an Ipod holder with magnets but didnt fit my Ipod so I returned it 2 hours later and they said no refunds just store credit is this standard
Mine (Harley Davidson of North Texas in Carrollton) gives me the option of refund back on my card (credit/debit), cash (if small enough purchase), or store credit.
I've returned stuff WEEKS later, not just hours, and they give me a refund. Some dealers don't care if you're a happy customer, some do. Luckily mine does.

Sounds like a dealer that's hard up for cash to keep the bills paid.
My dealer has that policy, no cash refunds. It is printed on the receipt and posted throughout the store. I have been doing business there a long time, so I am familiar with it. Many retailers are going to similar policies..It pays to be familiar with where you shop. I do not mind at all because there is always something else I will buy there and I do not have to use the credit immediately.
The dealer about 20 miles from me would not even exchange a t shirt that my wife had bought someone for Christmas. She just wanted a larger size. She did not have the ticket, but it had their name all over it. That was five years ago, have not been back in the door since and they have missed two bike sales. The dealer 80 miles from me has been great and I have never had any problems. Some dealers care about customer service, others don't
I always use a credit card in case there's an issue with my purchase and it's resolution, but I'm fortunate that OHD hastaken anything back for me, even though their policy says no refunds on electronic items. As long as you got the receipt and the card you used, they'll give me a refund. I have seen them charge a "restocking" fee to a customer with an attitude though, and if you don't have your original card with you it is a store credit, or come back when you have it. But hey, it's a Harley, you're not even going to get home good when you'll need to get some part for either a repair or "customization."
