Im getting ready to order one!!!
Whats the difference in the standard baffle and quiet baffle , I dont want real loud but a nice deep sound is what im after!!!
also why is there a option for BIG bore fatcat is that more for big horsepower engine???
Ordered D&D FatCat 2-1 Black for my wifes 08 FatBob, with the medium baffles (standard). It has that deep rumble that when the bike is started in the garage it shakes the floor and your chest. If you are looking for the deep rumble (I think of NASCAR) then D&D is the way to go! Shawn and Drew over at Dr.VTwin hooked me up. They are sponsors of this board and are very good people. I do not know the answer to your last question, all I can tell you is that from experience the FatCat pipe is hands down bitchen! Wife is stoked, added tremendous horsepower to the bike, and the tone is just pure awesomeness.
The big boar baffle is for 107" and bigger according to Leonard at D&D. I was just listening the "quiet" baffle at the shop today. It may be quieter at idle, but it is still plenty LOUD. My fatcat with the "standard" baffle is coming on Thursday. I will know more then but I think it will be just right for me as I like my bike LOUD. Call Shawn at the shop and he can explain in more detail. He is the fatcat specialist around these parts.

Where did you buy yours???
The Big Bore Fatcat is for Big Bore motors, 107 and up.
I have the Quite Baffle on mine and can tell you this. It is pretty dam quite. It really is not loud at speed either. Makes some noise when its wide open though. My bike is a sleeper compared to all my buddies.
Louder isn't necessarily better. The 103 in the Night Train is making 116/116 with a quiet baffle, and it damn sure isn't that quiet. I've got the concentric baffle in the Limited, and it's just right. Neighbor-friendly at idle, stereo-friendly at cruise, and sounds like a big block Chevy when I get into it.
I just put the Boss Cat 2:1 on my 2010 Street Glide and Zippers max flow air intake. It has wrapped perforated baffle and it is still a little louder than I expected but sounds great and very noticeable power improvement

05Train, would you say the concentric has that deep throaty rumble at idle and cruise? And quieter than the quiet baffle? Also do you feel more power than stock running the Fatcat and TTS?
Thanks
The concentric baffle is the "quiet" baffle for the new Boss Fatcats. It's got a nice, deep sound at idle and cruise, and sounds downright mean above 4,000 rpm. For me, it's perfect. Put it like this. I turned around in a friend's garage over the weekend, and people were surprised at how quiet it was. That's a good thing as far as I'm concerned.
Yes, there's more power with the Ventilator a/c, the TTS, and the Fatcat. I'm still tuning, but I'm guessing there's at least another 10-15 ft-lbs compared to stock. Once I get the tune done, I'll see what the dyno says.
