Good day guys. Went riding on the week-end on a country road where there was no artificial
light and could not believe how poor my forward lighting is. I got great peripheral lighting but looking ahead it's like looking into a black hole.
I've put halogen bulbs in but kept the same housings. Now after doing a search of headlights, etc. in this and other forums; I'm reading that the reflection of the bulb and the housing isn't matched?????
Have never heard of this before. Regardless, will some of you whom are really satisfied with your OEM headlights provide me your recommendations.

Check your headlight alignment. I coudn't see worth a **** at night. I realigned my headlight the other night, and it made a HUGE difference. Mine was way too high.
I went with a E-code (European) headlight with a
Hella 80/100w H4 bulb (Vendor A or Vendor B). The pattern and "seeing distance" is far better than stock at a low price. I've had no problems with these high-powered bulbs in 12 years of running them.
