Default Electrical Issues

Hello everyone I have a 1992 FLHTC that I have owned since new. This spring when getting the bike ready for the season I got an unpleasant surprise. The bike fired right up, head lights and running lights all work. The problem is that I have no brake lights (front or rear), no turn signals, no radio and none of the gauges on the dash are working. I have tested all circuit breakers with a ohm/volt meter. I have continuity across all breakers. I have voltage to all breakers except one, when facing the front of the bike it would be the breaker to the far right. I have checked all plug connections and have verified grounds. I think I have a bad ignition switch, I have the front of the fairing off, but was looking for some input before I take the inner fairing off to get to the switch. Is there anything I am missing in my testing process? Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Fred

Do you have a circuit diagram? If you do, can you work out which leads you would have to jump to prove your theory

I have found the problem. I was testing the wire harness again, because I really did not want to pull the inner fairing apart. The one circuit breaker that had no power is fed through the starter relay. Tested relay center post was dead, replaced relay back in buisiness!!!!!
