'07 Ultra. 2nd through 5th gear the neutral light stays on. 1st it goes out. When I hit 6th it goes out most times. Sometimes it stays on in 6th. WTF? Any ideas? Dawg? Is it the switch? If anyone has had this and found a fix,let me know. Thanks!!!!

 

Check the neutral indicator switch at the top of the tranny. Might be bad.

 

Should I clean it with contact cleaner? Or check it how?

 

Mine was doing the same thing quite some time ago. Replaced the switch under warranty and presto, problem solved...
