When I am going down a hill and turn to the left my front wheel feels as if it is sliding to the right. Has anyone ever experienced this?
I am going to get my front tire changed next week and we will try to troubleshoot the problem.
Just curious if the dealer could have put the wheel on incorrectly the last time they changed the tire. I bought the bike used with 11K miles on it. I have put 11K on it and I have been trying to get this bike to handle like I would expect it to ever since.
I changed the fork oil the heavy (not the heaviest) and tightened the star nut because it was too loose.
Can't say I've ever had that problem, & there's not enough information to diagnose from a distance, but the first thing I'd look into is whether or not the bike has a stabilizer on it. Keep us posted on what you find.
