Default Antenna cable routing

Correct me if i'm wrong but all the antenna cable you need to install an antenna is already on the bike. I was told it runs from the fairing to under the gas tank. Where it is coiled up to use if you need it. Is this true? If it is how do you route it back to the fender mount?? What is involved in lifting the gas tank to get at it. Figures i just filled the tank up!!!

Default RE: Antenna cable routing

Did your bike come with an antenna on the rear?

If not it most likely does not have the cable in the wire tray.

For Future reference bike did not come with antenna but cable is already on the bike. It runs from inside the fairing down to beside the battery. Pop the side panel off and there it is coiled up.
