I love my 09RK and let a lot of things cheap/wrong with the MOCO go, but I can't help but wonder how many riders are going to get killed or maimed before a recall is issued. I believe there may be some lawsuits pending as we speak based on some earlier threads on the losing power problem. The idea of it scares me.
