05 flht Need seating suggestions
Guys I'm trying to find a new seat for my 05 Flht. The seat needs to set lower and back in the drivers position. The factory seat is to narrow and puts pressure right on the wrong spots. Looking seriously at two Mustang seats 75449 and 75454 and the Harley Sundowner and LePera Maverick and also the Pro Pad Cyclepedic Touring and the Danny Gray Doubleback. Do you guys have any suggestions?

I have a sundowner that I added after taking off the stock police seat on my '05 FLHTPI. The seat sits me lower that compared to the police seat, but I'm not sure if it moves you too much further back. Overall it is a very comfortable seat.

Check out Diamond custom Seats. They will build a seat to your height, weight and inseam.

I felt the same thing on my 2004 FLHT. Needed a little lower and further back off the tank. After a lot of research I went with ccseats.com Love the low price, quality, feel and look of my seat.

i have the mustang sport touring seat and the mustang solo they are about the same one has a back seat is the diffrence they seem to fit me good also have a corbin classic solo farther back and lower than the mustang. but i like the mustang more

I put 75,000 miles on a Mustang Wide solo with passenger pillion. It's the best seat i ever had. It will move you back about 1 1/2" and down 1" heres a pic.
