Default can I divorce sert going to dynojet

hi everyone, I would like to unmarry my sert and go to a power commander is this possible? Due to a incompetent dealer the bike runs terrible after 3 different times on the dyno.

Instead of divorcing the SERT, you might want to divorce the place doing your dyno tunes and try someone else.

You can leave the SERT MAP in and add the Power Commander and tune it, you won't be able to just run a canned MAP though. Your other option is to have your ECM re-flashed to stock by a dealer then add the power commander with a canned MAP for your build or have a custom tune done. I would follow the advice of the others though, find yourself a good tuner and keep what you have, the SERT is a very capable tool and has a few features that the PC doesn't.

It used to be available for the 07+ touring bikes. It was discontinued last year. You can still find them in NOS or on ebay.

BTW, I found that out not long ago when I told another forum member that the cams he had wouldn't go in his bike. D'oh!

Ahah!! I checked the '10 SE Parts Catalog before posting. Thanks for the explanation.

You have the best device to tune your bike.

You need to dump the guy that's been tuning it.

ANYone worth a plug nickel can start with any map and tune from there. It will take a little longer but if they know their equipment they can do it.

Even if you put another fuel management on you still have to tune it. What are you going to do put a PC on and have the same guy tune it?

I agree with the others. Take somewhere else before dumping the SERT
