Default Stage one Vibration

I have the S/E high flow ac (stage 1) and I installed a set of slipons. I took the bike to the dealer for the stage 1 download now I get vibration in the floor boards and highway pegs. it is real bad at 60 plus mile an hour.

Question: Will a stage 1 download if not done correctly cause vibration in the floor boards and highway pegs?

I asked the dealer and they don't know what a stage 1 effects.

I did check all bolts and the front motor mount and made sure the exhaust wasn't hitting anything

The dealer told me they would remove the stage 1 download for free so I could tell if that was the problem

Thanks for any help

I can't help with the vibration BUT if the dealer doesn't know what the stage 1 effects then I'd be lookin for a different dealer

I had the stage two download and it created a rough idle and vibration. Added PC3 and now I can idle with out chipping my teeth.
