#1....Stay off the bike after dark, because the deer and the drunk drivers come out.
#2....Stay off the country roads on Sunday mornings, take the interstates...the blue hairs are heading to church and they don't like interstates.
there is no justice for motorcycle riders, everyone believes if we choose to ride them what ever happens is basically our faults based on our choice, this is just wrong
I live in North Dakota and will tell you first hand that the old people need to either stay at the farm or have someone else drive them. There is no doubt about it. These open flat roads are no place for older drivers that are not paying attention. What a sad story..
They are saying there was no negligence!!! Crossing the centerline isn't negligent? Perhaps operating a motor vehicle while, maybe, no longer possessing the skills needed to do so? The world has gone completely to hell!!!
