Since there was a fatality contributed to her there should be a hearing or something to challenge her right to drive on the highways. Now, if the driver was a 20 something red neck farm boy would he receive just a $20 ticket? Looks like the cop made an excuse not to write a more severe citation.

Coming back from a casino. It appears granny has some disposable income and I hope the husband takes her for everything she has including her car. Of course a judge/jury will just see some poor old lady sitting there saying "I didn't mean too" and let her off anyway so what's the point.......
