1997 frame change was made keeping most chassis parts interchanchangeable up till 2007...97/98 carb models are the 2 best years with evo motors

The old FLH nacelle bikes look an awful lot like the modern Road King. My first bike was a cherry 1974 FLH Police Special. It looked dang close to my 2004 King. The actual "heritage" of the King goes way back to the first bike with the nacelle and dual pipes.

Road King looks much like the Duo Glide as well, so we date back to mid 50's...Oh Hell since the FL started it all??//??/
