My wife has always been a very active talker. But when were riding around town or on the country roads she is so zoned out and quiet I have to check to see if she is all right. When we are pushing down the interstate especially on a rainy boring day it is not long before we are knocking helmets. Soon after her head is planted in my back and she is zzzzing away. I reach back and hang on to her and give her 15 minutes or so and then wake her up hoping she does not knock us of the bike. We get some strange looks while being passed. There must be others out there with the same issue. Not trying to sound crazy but I am getting used to it.
My wife does the same thing. I have to dig it up but I have a pic of her. 2 years ago she fell asleep while traveling to Myrtle Beach. A friend and his wife saw her begining to lean...lol.
I didnt feel a thing, but i'm sure at some point I would have seen her in my mirror
yeah I never thought it could happen... we were on the BRP this past weekend when my wife kept bumping helmets... I thought she was really relaxed going around the corners....Ha...sleeping...
Back when my oldest son was 10 (now he's 19) we took a took a trip around Wisconsin.
The Ultra I had then had those swing-out arm rests for the passenger.
I had a bungee cord connected to both arm rests to keep him in there when he fell asleep.
I knew when he was out when his helmet completely blocked the view in one of the mirrors.
