No. I have a stage 1 FLSTFI and it's ok but when I bought my FLHX I found one full on stage 3. No regrets. I smoked a guy with 121 HP due to his lack of power down low a few weeks ago.

I have cobbled a few bits together for a 95" 10,25:1 stage 3 for my FXSTD and look forward to getting it in my Deuce when the weather changes. I'm hoping for 95 hp / 100 tq out of the Deuce.

No. But I would do stage II and then some.

you have to do Stage I on every new Harley or it's not worth owning, imho.
