Downshifting and not finding the gear
Hey all,
I have a 2007 SG and from time to time when I am down shifting the bike doesn't seem to find a gears. Has anyone here ever seen this?

You are shifting it into a false neutral that is in between each gear. These false neutrals exist in every sequential transmission. Try keeping the engine rpms up a little bit when downshifting, I will blip the throttle a little when downshifting to keep that from happening.
