Yesterday I started hearing a high pitch whine in first gear when decelerating. It's not the pronounced whine the straight cut gears make in 5th, it's fairly subtle but noticeable. Started doing it yesterday. Anyone have any experience with this happening?
My 07 Sg had a 5th gear whine & my 14 SGS has a pronounced 1st gear whine.
I tried fluids - Formula +, BelRay 6 Speed & Redline Shockproof & the whine was still there. With Redline is was less noticeable but still there. Just part of the character of a HD I guess. But they could do better IMHO.
