I have them. When I upgraded to 255 cams the exhaust noise increased and that prompted the change to the quiet baffles. That worked for me and I don't notice a performance hit. The kit also has a quiet insert which reduces noise too much and causes a noticeable reduction in performance--but if you want really quiet you can install or remove these easily, and they're small enough to carry around with you.

I will say that the standard baffles were just about right for me with the stock cams, and I'm not into anything above moderate loudness. I want to hear the stereo and come home after a long ride without my ears ringing.

I've had Jackpots since they first came out, and now have the new type with the black tips. I can't brag on these enough: Great quality, sound, and performance. See my post above regarding my decision to install the quiet baffle.
