FLHT chirping after shut down
My bike has developed a strange sound. After riding when I turn off the bike it chirps. I don't mean that it pings from the motor being hot, but it chirps like an alarm or cricket... you name it(?). I don't have an audible alarm so its not that.
Has anyone else noticed this? Seems to go away in about 5 minutes after shutdown.

Good to know that its nothing that I need to be concerned about. Do you know if there's anything I can do stop it or is it just one of those things about owning a Harley?

Mine does it so often that I become concerned when it's quiet on shutdown. Consider it a whimper or complaint, as in "why are we stopping?"
