FLHPE....california compliant police roadking...commonly sold to Escorts in California. ....... it looks as though MoCo mgmt is taking economic & demographic trends seriously w/this years line up. The economy sez they're gonna sell fewer bikes. The entry price points are set w/ Sportster so the most likely gains in revenue come from trade-in/upgrades for higher end bikes. Their installed base of customers routinely buy every LTD/CVO they make, so overall sales revenue gets it's biggest boost via sales of premium rides. LTD/CVO's require little if any added R&D investment, sooo ...Whah-Lah .... everything is available as an LTD or better.
....... i do hope the noted CVO/LTD RG's both a) appear & b) have differing paint schemes from the FLH's.
