Dawg's wife must be teaching a class on how to scare the snot out of you, that slap scares me worse than the scrape. Now I scrape and duck at the same time but grin in the process.

I've done it a couple times. I have extensions now and its not too hard to do. I dont like it and never try to really carve up the road but it happens every now and then.

Hopefully these new PM floorboards will help curtail the dragging...

or I'll continue to drag and F my new boards up. Either way, hard leaning is fun

I found on my 06 SG with an additional 1.5 lowering kit that I scrap the frame not the boards.

Never scrapped your floor-boards? Really?

What are you, a girlie man or are you from Kansas?

By the way, if you do it at night, it makes sparks...

I don't feel like I'm riding if I don't tap now and then...but I quit a while back trying to scrape every curve; that gets you in trouble sooner or later. Same with blind curves - some tighten up, and you don't want to be at max lean then. But you CAN still save it if you can get your butt to scootch off the seat quick enough - hard to do on a cruiser, especially my modified Harley seat.
Which I did show how to do here: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/6785473-post1522.html
