Looks or less weight - my vote is for less weight. Actually, I like the look of the 2 into 1 pipes, so for me I get both.

as said before, its a matter of individual likes and dislikes, baggers look more balanced with 2 pipes, symmetry, two eye, two legs, two arms, ect. anyway my bike leans to the right without my ghost pipe

I don't buy into that symmetry thing. Harleys aren't symetrical! You have an intake on the right and a timing cover. You have a large primary on the left, you have a drive belt and pully on the left and a caliper and rotor on the right. Even with duals you have a pipe coming from the front head on the right side but a shorter one on the left. Old Harleys always had the intake and exhaust on the right and the primary and drive chain on the left. In my opinion a 2 into one makes a statement. I don't talk out of both sides of my mouth.

Is that something new for 2010?

I have one on mine, but then again I didnt build it to drag race...I built it to ride and look the way I wanted it to.

If weight is such a concern, im sure many of you that have commeted could easily stand to loose 30lbs of beer belly
