I applied a few months ago but still no sign of the discount showing up on the bill. HOG said it would take a couple of billing cycles to show up. Have you seen the actual discount on your bill or did you just estimate the 17%? How long ago did you apply?

I have it too, through work. They require a discount 'joining fee' of 36$! WTF?! So, I called and they further told me that it would not start for several months.
Guy on the phone agree that it was nuts and said he would make sure mine started immediately, but could not wave the fee. He did waive my 'upgrade' fee as I also went to a better phone earlier that day.

I just upgraded to a iPhone 4 and renewed my 2 year contract with AT&T last Thursday.
I went on HOG.com and checked it out and signed up.After a few minutes AT&T sent me an e-mail saying my enrollment was complete.
