Default 2008 FLHRC Hardware Docking Kit

I am a little confused to say the least. First off, I have a Mustang Solo with a detachable rear seat. I ride with just the solo seat a majority of the time and would like to mount a solo luggage rack. I'd also like to have the option of mounting a sissy bar and a two-up luggage rack for when the rear seat is on for long trips. Finally, I'd also like to be able to make all of these swaps in a minimum of time. Is this possible, and if so, which docking kit or kits am I going to need? I believe I'll need two separate ones, will they both be installed simultaneously or do those have to be swapped out as well? I appreciate your responses ahead of time.

Im not positive but I think the 4 point docking kit will work for all of the above. You may have to check with a dealer. If you find anything out let me know. I have the 4 point but want to add a solo like you have. Thanks.

4 point docking kit is for 09 and later, but yes the 4 point would do both. He has an 08. The docking kit that is needed is 58304-06. HERE is a docking hardware kit matrix

Ok, so just to clarify, in order to mount:

Sissy Bar w/ 2-Up Luggage Rack (PN: 53341-97A)
https://www.hdforums.com/forum/attac...1&d=1278030558

and

Solo Luggage Rack (PN: 53048-06)
https://www.hdforums.com/forum/attac...1&d=1278030558

the only Docking Kit I need is PN: 58304-06?

I'm not in love with the Sissy Bar/Luggage Rack combo, based solely on looks, but am trying to make this setup as simple as possible. If I went with a separate sissy bar and luggage rack would I still only need the one kit?

53341-97A is not a detachable accessory. 53048-06 is a detachable accessory, and if only using that one you'd need 58303-06. If you want to be able to swap between solo and two up detachable accessories such as a sissy bar and a tour pak, just get the 58304-06 and be done with it.
