another computer with race tuner disk

another computer with race tuner disk
just reloaded my kids computer am using it as a backup for things if my main lap top breaks. the only problem is when I loaded my race tuner disk into the other computer it looks fine, did updates all the bike files are there.
For some reason when I pull up any file I can only see the same 3 things in every file. main fuel table, main spark table, tuning set up. all the rest of the stuff wont pull up. ve on cylinders spark tables, cranking fuel yada yada all the stuff is supposed to be there isnt. I even tried hooking up to my bike. program, see's vci did a data record that it wont let me see even after the download. I even pulled up my vin and displayed it on the screen . any idea if the disk only gets one use just like the vci to the bike. at least the disc is only 40 bucks if I have to buy another one, but you would think you could use something I paid for on any of my computers. Am I missing a box to click to get it to work, I didnt see anything to get it to work.

Is the tune setting set to 'advanced'?
