Here are the specs for an 06 Ultra without ABS if it helps you;
Axle nut/50-55ft-lbs

Axle holder nuts/132-180 in-lbs

Lower caliper mounting bolt/28-38ft-lbs

Upper caliper mounting bolt/28-38ft-lbs

Don't know about 08 but 05 spec.
Axle nut 50-55 ft-lbs
holder nuts 132-180 inch pounds
caliper bolts 28-38 ft-lbs

yea I know what the older ones are. 08 has a larger nut on the axle.
