Props to Biketronics
Just wanted to give props to Biketronics. Have one of their systems on my '09 FLHT. Today at lunch when I went to start it, the radio had reset to factory spec and the handle bar controls didn't work. I sent an email to Biketronics and within 12 MINUTES Jed from Biketronics called me! He asked good questions and I worked through it when I got home. The soft reset (off the battery for 15 minutes) worked. If it hadn't, Jed offered to cover it under warranty even though it was installed just under a year ago.
But - it worked! Biketronics and Jed - Great job guys! Good product. Good Service! Keep it up!
