Had this on the bike for a few weeks. '11 RGC and replaced the stock head unit with a Sony. Everything was working fine now no dice. Took it all apart, followed the instructions with regards to removing the (-) battery terminal for 5 mins...nothing. Radio works, speakers work but nothing with the handle bar controls. Only thing I have done is add the HD Cruise module. Any ideas? Have I missed something? Thanks...

 

Call Mike @ Biketronics to help trouble shoot the module. They are warrantied for life. I had one fail in the last 7 years which they replaced. They provide great service.
